Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of technical programs and projects within the Latin America region.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure successful delivery of technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with technical teams and understanding software development lifecycles.
