Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Public Sector customers become passionate, lifelong Scale partners.
- Act as a catalyst, going deep technically to drive change within the Public Sector Delivery team.
- Triage customer issues and provide support, leveraging data and analytics.
- Align internal resources to address Scale's most challenging problems for public sector clients.
- Drive the creation of tools that directly benefit Public Sector customers.
- Deliver outsized value in supporting customer AI/ML objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, particularly within the public sector.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decisions and drive solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead hands-on and resolve complex customer issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
