We are looking for a high-impact Technical Program Manager to anchor the PMO function across two large-scale enterprise initiatives. This is not a coordination role - it is a leadership position for someone who owns outcomes, drives delivery discipline, and surfaces and resolves blockers before they become escalations.

The ideal candidate sits at the intersection of PMO governance and technical delivery - someone with a strong enough technology foundation to engage credibly with engineering, architecture, and platform teams, while bringing the program management rigour to keep complex, cross-functional initiatives on track. A deep understanding of enterprise Customer data ecosystems is essential; these initiatives run across customer data platforms and the person in this role must appreciate how data flows, where it lives, and how technical program decisions interact with that landscape.

You will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, translate technical complexity into clear executive narratives, bring structure to ambiguity, and elevate the maturity of program governance and technical delivery practices across the organization.

Responsibilities: Program Governance & Technical Delivery Oversight

• Own end-to-end program governance across enterprise-scale technology initiatives - scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
• Define and maintain robust program plans, milestones, and KPIs; drive accountability across technical and business workstreams without direct authority.
• Establish and continuously improve PMO frameworks, templates, and delivery standards aligned to technical delivery realities.
• Lead program status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting; translate complex technical delivery realities into clear, constructive narratives for senior stakeholders.
