Technical Program Manager - PlayStation Global

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of complex technical programs from initiation to completion.
• Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
• Track program performance and report on key metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in the gaming or software industry.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
