Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire delivery lifecycle for assigned areas, from initial requirements to production release.
- Proactively identify and remove blockers for engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Set, track, and communicate project timelines, anticipating and addressing potential changes.
- Ensure clear communication of project status and potential risks to all stakeholders.
- Drive the successful execution of technical projects within the games, features, or platform domains.
- Champion efficient and effective engineering processes to achieve delivery goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in owning and driving technical project delivery.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent risk management and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to set clear timelines and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and communication capabilities.
