Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives across the Lending Platform.
- Apply strong program management discipline to ensure successful project delivery.
- Leverage Agile execution expertise to optimize team performance and delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations teams.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations.
- Excellent program management and execution skills.
- Familiarity with lending platforms is a plus.
