About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex technical programs from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum best practices.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and escalations to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
