Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical programs from initiation to completion, focusing on AI-driven customer experience solutions.
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Track program performance and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with AI or customer experience technologies is a plus.
- Ability to manage complex technical projects and drive them to successful completion.
