Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage a growing engineering team in Taipei.
- Bridge communication gaps between the Taipei engineering hub, US headquarters, and global hardware partners.
- Define and execute strategies for scaling products from 2 to 4.
- Ensure a balance between fast speed to market and extremely high reliability for industrial AI cameras.
- Provide direct access and frequent updates to the company’s executive team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Technical Program Management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams.
- Familiarity with hardware development cycles.
