Seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee OSP construction projects. This role involves managing fiber optic network build-outs, ensuring successful project execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Outside Plant (OSP) construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets for fiber optic network deployments.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction crews, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout construction phases.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in OSP construction project management, preferably in telecommunications.
- Strong understanding of fiber optic network build-out processes and technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
