Technical Program Manager, Orion - helion

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex technical programs from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional engineering teams.
• Track program progress and report key metrics to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Ensure alignment of program objectives with company strategic goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in hardware or complex systems development.
• Proficiency in Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
