About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end program planning and execution for onsite construction of network infrastructure, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and business objectives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including engineering, operations, and vendor partners—to deliver fiber‑optic and low‑voltage systems on schedule and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and status reports, communicating progress to stakeholders at all levels.
- Drive continuous improvement of construction processes, leveraging best practices in telecommunications and critical systems deployment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards across all construction activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of program management experience, with at least 2 years in telecommunications, low‑voltage, fiber‑optic, or critical systems construction management.
- Proven ability to manage cross‑functional or cross‑team projects, delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
