Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex technical programs for onboard systems in autonomous vehicles.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
- Drive execution of program plans, track progress, and identify/mitigate risks.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across diverse engineering disciplines (software, hardware, systems).
- Ensure successful integration and validation of onboard systems throughout the product lifecycle.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices in program management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in the automotive or robotics industry.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and their application to complex hardware/software projects.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
