About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration from a legacy Okta instance to the Compass Okta environment.
- Coordinate relationship, configuration, security, infrastructure, application, and stakeholder workstreams.
- Ensure the transition is scalable, efficient, secure, and minimally disruptive to business operations.
- Work closely with information security, infrastructure, application, product, and technology operations stakeholders.
- Plan and execute the migration with executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager.
- Experience with Okta identity and access management solutions.
- Experience in cloud migration projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate complex technical workstreams.
