Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of complex technical programs from initiation to closure.
- Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
- Communicate program status, progress, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
