Technical Program Manager, New Product Introduction NPI - Neros Technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for complex defense technology products.
• Coordinate and drive cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and operations, to meet project timelines and objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of NPI processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical program management, specifically with New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Agile or other iterative development methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
