The role
We are looking for a structured and proactive Technical Program Manager to coordinate customer-related activities across the full customer lifecycle within Customer Experience. Nebius provides cloud infrastructure for companies building and running large-scale AI/ML workloads. Customer Experience includes Solutions Architects supporting sales, Post-Sales Architects, and Cloud Support. Your mission is to help these teams work as one system across discovery, technical validation, onboarding, production, support, incident follow-up, and continuous improvement. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage dependencies between customer-facing and technical teams, and ensure that priorities and improvement requests are turned into clear actions and delivered results. This includes following up on process gaps identified during incidents and ensuring that the right teams agree on and implement the required changes. This is a technical program management role. You will work closely with engineers, architects, support specialists, product managers, and other program managers. You should understand cloud infrastructure, customer workloads, and technical workflows well enough to identify dependencies, ask the right questions, and bring the right specialists together.
