Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Post-Training, Safety Engineering, ML Infra/Model Serving, and UXR.
- Drive clarity, structure, and execution across complex technical initiatives.
- Ensure the transformation of pre-trained language models into intelligent, engaging, and safely aligned products.
- Oversee efforts spanning data, compute, algorithms, infrastructure, and user insights.
- Improve model performance and ensure reliable delivery of scalable products.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between diverse technical groups.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Technical Program Management, particularly in ML or AI-related fields.
- Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycles, model deployment, and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive complex projects with multiple dependencies.
- Experience working with engineering, research, and product teams.
