Seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Midnight Foundation to lead complex, multi-party technical programs focused on privacy-first blockchain development, including protocol, infrastructure, and partner integrations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution across complex, multi-party technical programs, including protocol development, infrastructure, validators, wallets, and partners.
- Manage and coordinate efforts across various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, product, and external partners.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to program progress.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for Midnight Foundation initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, particularly in complex software development environments.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptography, and distributed systems.
- Experience with privacy-enhancing technologies such as zero-knowledge proofs and selective disclosure is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage cross-functional teams.
