Product Manager
We're looking for a Product Manager focused on designing and building scalable technical solutions. This manager role requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
About the role
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in network architecture, design and infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the networking area with delivering infrastructure assets and vendor management.
- Knowledge of IP networking with an understanding of OSP/ISP and optical design.
- Ability to learn and balance business and technical understanding to drive the long-term objectives of the organization.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, display flexibility and adaptability to adjust plans and strategies as new information is gained or as project conditions change.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to adopt data-driven, investigative approach towards solving issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead EMEA network planning activities for asset/infrastructure planning to support product area demand forecasts over time.
- Project manage end-to-end repeatable, transparent and quarterly planning pipelines.
- Analyze, understand and rationalize demand forecasts for all EMEA related flows.Translate these demand forecasts into regional capacity plans over time, taking into account market trends and technology changes to ensure the most optimized and cost effective network solution, translating this to asset/infrastructure requirements.
- Own and deliver in-depth technical risk assessments based on various what-if analysis to ensure the best technical solution is planned for across the network.
- Drive EMEA network delivery by communicating with business owners, technical teams, partners, and deployment partners to align capacity requirements, execute cost-effective infrastructure initiatives, and streamline automated delivery processes.
