Seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee complex technical projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful delivery of innovative LLM integration solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple technical programs and projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Track program performance, report on progress, and provide regular updates to leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with LLM technologies and integration platforms is a plus.
