Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical programs from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Drive execution of complex projects, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Manage relationships with external customers and ensure their needs are met.
- Champion best practices in program management and product development.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience working in a technology-driven environment, preferably in customer acquisition solutions.
