Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of complex technical programs from initiation to completion.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to achieve program goals.
- Implement and refine agile methodologies to optimize project workflows and delivery timelines.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
- Communicate program status, updates, and key decisions to all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in hardware or deep tech environments.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and agile project management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with engineering and R&D teams on complex technical challenges.
