About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of long‑haul network infrastructure projects, including fiber‑optic and submarine cable deployments.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external vendors to deliver infrastructure assets on schedule and within budget.
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities to improve network performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps, risk registers, and status reporting for senior leadership.
- Navigate ambiguous technical challenges, define clear requirements, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of program management experience, preferably in networking or telecommunications.
- Strong background in network infrastructure architecture, fiber‑optic systems, and the submarine cable ecosystem.
- Proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships and large‑scale infrastructure deliveries.
- Demonstrated skill in analyzing ambiguous situations and delivering data‑driven optimization solutions.
