Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex technical programs from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define project scope and deliverables.
- Drive execution, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Champion best practices in program management and software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for the Link product.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar technical leadership role.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the financial technology or payments industry is a plus.
