Seeking a Technical Program Manager (Level 4) to drive complex software development projects. This role requires expertise in Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate cross-functional team communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and address roadblocks.
- Implement and refine Agile development processes to optimize team performance and delivery.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
