Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex technical programs within DoorDash Labs, focusing on automation and robotics initiatives.
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Drive program execution, track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Champion best practices in program management and agile methodologies.
- Contribute to the strategic roadmap for automation and robotics at DoorDash.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in robotics or automation.
- Strong understanding of last-mile logistics and supply chain operations.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
