📋 What You'll Architect

As a Technical Program Manager , you will lead complex cross-functional programs that bring together engineering, product, security, operations, and business teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions .

This role combines technical understanding , program leadership , and stakeholder management . You will be responsible for aligning business objectives with successful technical delivery while ensuring risks, dependencies, and execution challenges are proactively managed.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Define program scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and success metrics .

Drive planning, execution, governance, risk management, and reporting activities.

Partner closely with engineering, product, security, architecture, and business teams .

Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers .

Ensure alignment with business strategy and technical architecture .

Monitor progress through KPIs and provide regular status updates

Drive continuous improvement of program management processes and best practices.

Manage stakeholder communication at all levels, including leadership.
