Technical Program Manager - K2 Space

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex technical programs from conception through execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
• Communicate program status and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure successful delivery of satellite systems meeting performance and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Strong understanding of satellite systems and their development lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
