About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of a multi‑year network transformation program, from planning and execution to rollout and operational transition.
- Collaborate with Network Engineering leadership and business stakeholders to define program requirements, scope, and priorities.
- Develop and maintain long‑term technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including engineering, operations, customer support, and third‑party vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Apply Agile/Scrum practices to manage program cadence, track progress, and mitigate risks.
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management within network or infrastructure domains.
- Proven track record of delivering large‑scale, multi‑year transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of network engineering concepts and modern infrastructure technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and vendor management.
