Seeking a Technical Program Manager with expertise in Java, Cloud, Infrastructure, and SRE. Drive technical programs, manage projects, and ensure successful delivery using AWS, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex technical programs, focusing on Java, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Oversee program governance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for efficient software delivery.
- Drive initiatives related to microservices architecture and observability solutions.
- Facilitate communication and manage risks across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years in Technical IT Software Program Management.
- Proven experience with Java, Cloud platforms (AWS), and Infrastructure management.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, SRE practices, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Experience with microservices architecture and observability tools.
- Excellent program governance and stakeholder management skills.
