Technical Project Manager IV
itD is seeking a Technical Project Manager IV to lead cross-functional project execution and roadmap delivery supporting Company's Marketing Technology organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in technical project management, Agile/Scrum delivery, stakeholder management, and roadmap execution , with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives in fast-paced environments .
Location: Remote (Preferred: Bay Area, CA )
Pay Rate: Depending on experience.
Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for strategic marketing technology initiatives.
- Drive roadmap operationalization by translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans and execution milestones.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, project reviews, and cross-functional program meetings.
- Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Decision Scientists, Business Analysts, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain project plans, status reports, documentation, and communication materials to ensure transparency across teams.
- Monitor project progress, manage changing priorities, and adjust execution plans to support evolving business needs.
- Foster alignment across geographically distributed teams while ensuring consistent communication and execution.
- Support the delivery of centralized reporting initiatives that improve marketing performance, brand sentiment, and business outcomes across Company's family of products.
Internal Responsibilities
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum software development methodologies.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional technical projects from initiation through delivery.
