Accountabilities:

The Technical Program Manager (IT) will oversee enterprise-level technology programs, ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams while maintaining alignment between technical teams and business objectives.

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of complex, multi-year technology programs involving multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Provide portfolio oversight to ensure teams remain aligned, avoid operational silos, and deliver against shared objectives.
• Act as the connection point between IT delivery teams, business stakeholders, compliance groups, and executive leadership.
• Translate technical progress, risks, and challenges into clear business impacts, value opportunities, and risk reduction outcomes.
• Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies across applications, infrastructure, security, engineering, and business teams.
• Facilitate executive decision-making by aligning stakeholders around priorities, remediation strategies, and delivery timelines.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project schedules, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Partner with technical teams to identify and resolve blockers impacting development, testing, and production deployments.
• Manage program budgets, including operational and capital expenses, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Allocate resources effectively across workstreams to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and delivery processes that support compliance, security, and audit readiness.
• Lead recurring program reviews, status meetings, and executive reporting activities to provide visibility into progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure technical programs follow established software development lifecycle practices and operational standards.
