Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and infrastructure development.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role managing infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
