Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex, cross-cutting infrastructure programs from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Drive execution, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of program management processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, focusing on infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
