Product Manager
Lead cross‑functional teams to design, build, and scale tooling and automation solutions for cloud networking, driving efficiency and reliability across large‑scale infrastructure.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of tooling and automation initiatives that support cloud networking services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to define requirements, scope, and success metrics for new automation capabilities.
- Drive program cadence, including sprint planning, risk mitigation, and status reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Champion best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability to accelerate deployment cycles.
- Mentor and coach junior program managers and engineers on program execution and technical strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with a strong focus on cloud networking or large‑scale distributed systems.
- Proven track record delivering complex automation and tooling projects that improve reliability and reduce operational toil.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and networking concepts such as SDN, BGP, and VXLAN.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and program management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana).
