Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive NPI hardware for Cloud AI Systems. This role requires expertise in both hardware and software development lifecycles, with a focus on program management and problem-solving.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for Cloud AI Systems hardware.
- Drive progress and resolve complex technical challenges across hardware and software development lifecycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth.
- Define and track program milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Communicate program status and updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Proven experience managing programs involving both hardware and software development.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving progress and solving problems within technical domains.
- Experience in the Cloud AI Systems domain is highly desirable.
