About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end capacity planning initiatives for network infrastructure across the cloud platform, defining forecasts, resource models, and scaling strategies.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including engineering, operations, and product—to deliver roadmap milestones on schedule and within budget.
- Partner closely with highly technical engineers to translate architectural requirements into actionable project plans and risk mitigation tactics.
- Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into network utilization, performance, and capacity trends.
- Influence senior leadership and stakeholders by presenting data‑driven recommendations, aligning priorities, and securing resources for critical projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of program management experience, with a focus on cloud networking or infrastructure.
- Proven track record in capacity planning and scaling large‑scale network services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects, build strong partnerships, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with a strong sense of ownership.
