About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end field quality programs for hardware products, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and support teams.
- Drive failure analysis and root‑cause investigations to identify systemic issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain reliability metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor product health in the field.
- Manage sustaining engineering activities, including hardware revisions, firmware updates, and post‑release issue resolution.
- Facilitate cross‑functional communication, ensuring alignment between product, hardware, software, and supply‑chain stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in consumer electronics, automotive, or medical device hardware.
- Proven background in technical quality roles such as reliability, failure analysis, or field quality.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive data‑based decision making.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
