About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end cyber risk programs, defining scope, milestones, and deliverables across multiple engineering teams.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders—including security, engineering, legal, and compliance—to ensure alignment and timely execution of risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, risk registers, and status reporting mechanisms for senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of security processes by integrating best practices, metrics, and automation wherever possible.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of program management experience, with a focus on engineering‑based risk operations.
- Proven track record managing cybersecurity programs as a technical program manager.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans for diverse audiences.
