About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end program delivery for compute resource provisioning, allocation, and scheduling across multiple platform teams.
- Design and maintain SQL‑based data pipelines and dashboards to monitor resource utilization, performance, and cost metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance to define capacity models, forecast demand, and implement accounting‑based resource allocation.
- Identify and implement process improvements that quantify impact on efficiency, reliability, and cost savings.
- Facilitate cross‑functional workshops, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in large‑scale platform environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience building dashboards for operational insights.
- Hands‑on knowledge of machine resource provisioning, queueing, and scheduling systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
