About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end program delivery for AI/ML projects within the Google Ads ecosystem, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success metrics.
- Manage program resources, budgets, and timelines, proactively mitigating risks and resolving blockers.
- Facilitate cross‑functional alignment through regular status updates, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Drive continuous improvement of program management processes, tooling, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of program management experience, preferably in a technology or advertising environment.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML initiatives and understanding of their technical and business implications.
- Strong resource management, strategic planning, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
