About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale generative AI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, research, product, and operations to define scope, milestones, and success metrics.
- Implement and evolve AI‑native pod structures, embedding best practices for rapid experimentation and iterative improvement.
- Facilitate risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Champion continuous process improvement, leveraging data and feedback to refine program management frameworks for AI initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of program management experience, with a proven track record in software and AI projects.
- Deep understanding of generative AI technologies and their application in product development.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership skills, able to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
