About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of outside‑plant fiber construction projects supporting cloud networking services.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external telecom vendors to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and status reporting for senior leadership.
- Oversee fiber testing, lit‑fiber activation, and troubleshooting to ensure compliance with performance specifications.
- Implement process improvements and best practices for fiber asset management and deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of program management experience, preferably in telecom or network infrastructure.
- Hands‑on experience with outside‑plant fiber construction and managing fiber/telecom vendors.
- Knowledge of fiber optics, lit fiber, ISP infrastructure, and fiber testing methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
