Seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee complex technical projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful delivery of innovative financial products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of complex technical programs from initiation to completion.
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed program plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
- Track program progress, report on key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role managing complex software development projects.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and financial technology is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
