About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex technical programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, fostering effective communication and problem-solving.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular progress updates to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program or project management, preferably in a complex engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile and/or other project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
- Demonstrated experience in risk management and stakeholder engagement.
