Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex hardware development programs from concept to production.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional engineering teams (e.g., design, verification, firmware, operations).
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, specifically within hardware development.
- Strong understanding of hardware engineering lifecycles and processes.
- Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
