About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of product initiatives, from concept through release, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives across engineering, product, UX, and operations teams.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders—including public sector customers, product owners, and engineering leads—to define scope, prioritize features, and manage expectations.
- Coordinate technical architecture decisions, integration strategies, and data migration plans for consolidating legacy government systems into a unified cloud platform.
- Monitor program health using metrics, risk registers, and status reporting; proactively mitigate issues and adjust timelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience delivering SaaS or cloud‑based solutions, preferably in the public‑sector or enterprise software space.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong technical background with hands‑on understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software architecture patterns.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus.
