Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple complex technical programs from initiation to completion.
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and communication to ensure alignment and progress.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
- Track program performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating cross-functional technical teams.
