Technical Program Manager - Ground System Deployments, Construction, and Service Operations - Zipline

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end deployment of ground systems, including construction and operational readiness.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient service operations and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and supply chain to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Oversee the operational aspects of ground infrastructure and ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction and operational deployments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical program management, with a focus on deployments and operations.
• Strong background in construction management and/or operations management.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain operations is a plus.
